Greenwood Mills
Greenwood Mill is a four storey former mill building located close the historic Piece Hall in Halifax Town centre. We acquired the derelict and fire damaged building in 2021 and shortly after acquisition we were successful in obtaining full planning consent for the conversion of the former Mill building to 31 residential units.
The conversion works restored the building back to its former glory and in 2024 we were awarded a Commendation from Halifax Civic Trust for the sympathetic restoration and conversion of Greenwood Mill.
All Units were sold and provide 31 new homes within Halifax Town Centre.
