A double letting at Enterprise House, Sunderland has seen the scheme become fully let.
Care providers City Care (Sunderland) Ltd have taken all of Building four on a three year lease and Sunderland Care Home Associates Ltd have taken the remaining space in Building 5 on a three year lease to allow them to occupy the whole building.
These two deals signify that office demands remain high in Sunderland and people are keen to get back to the office.
