Alternative use found for disused mill buildings

Prospect Estates recently completed the acquisition of Washpitt Mills, a 168,551 sq ft mill complex on an 8.54 acre site located in beautiful countryside approximately 1 mile south of Holmfirth. The site has already generated a good level of interest with local sister companies IK Classics and the Oil Can Café having agreed in principle to lease the buildings from Prospect Estates. This is a very exciting venture with this unique car dealer proposing to run two separate operations, a classic car storage and restoration business and a café from the site (subject to planning). This will create a unique experience for customers who will be able to combine browsing classic cars with dining. Prospect Estates will be making significant improvements to the existing buildings to accommodate IK Classics and the Oil Can Café and are pleased to have the opportunity to support and work with growing local businesses.
