Prospect Estates had sold three warehouse units in Billingham prior to the auction, showing the strength of demand for industrial investments in the North East. Units 4 and 5 Haverton Hill Road, Billingham, was sold for £340,000 to a Property Investor, the units are currently occupied on a ten-year lease by Ashtead Plant and Hire.
