Castleside Industrial Estate has been sold at the June Alsop Auction to Brymau 4 Saltney Ltd. for £2.4m. Prospect Estates bought the site in 2015 from Grorud Engineering Ltd and have secured lettings to Laborne Castleside Limited and Eirmus Securities ltd over the period of ownership.
In an already busy year Prospect Estates have acquired their largest site of the year.
